About Smart Speed Enterprises

Smart Speed Enterprises is a Bhagalpur business based in Jai Vihar Colony, Jhurkhuriya Road, Sabour. We are registered as a micro enterprise under Udyam (UDYAM-BR-07-0084325).

We are the local partner of Xpress Fiber Private Limited, a licensed internet service provider for Bihar. We handle new connections, fiber laying, router set-up, recharges and repair visits in our area. Internet service itself is provided on the Xpress Fiber network under its ISP licence.

Alongside broadband, we take up IT consultancy and facilities management, computer repair, telecom network maintenance, telecom and power line works, civil and utility projects, phone helpdesk services and canteen services on contract. See our services.

How we work

• Every connection is recorded with the customer's identity and address proof, as the licence requires.
• Plans and prices on this website are the same as the official Xpress Fiber tariff.
• Complaints are handled by our support team first and escalated to Xpress Fiber when needed.
